Over 30 Years of Experience.

Norman Eagle, President of NJE Consulting, has over thirty (30) years of experience in the High-tech industry in a variety of positions that have included executive management, sales, marketing and senior programmer. Since 1984 he's worked for software vendors including CP International and Quodata as a successful sales and marketing manager and also as a sales professional. As the former VP of Sales and Marketing for CP International, Norman built and managed a national sales organization that included marketing and technical support divisions. He understands the startup environment, having taken CP from startup to grossing more than $20 million annually in software sales. Norman used his Sales and Marketing expertise to form NJE Consulting in 2002. At NJE Consulting Norman works with small and startup business owners, sales organizations and sales professionals who want to increase their sales results by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. He consults with small and startup companies in the high-tech industry.
